Shipping Information
- In-stock items are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days within the United Kingdom.
- European orders are typically delivered within 7–14 working days depending on destination and courier service.
- Some sizes, heel heights and selected styles are made to order and require approximately 4–6 weeks production time before dispatch.
- Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent via email.
- International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes depending on local regulations.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging.
- Shoes must only be tried on indoors on clean surfaces.
- If you require a different size, exchanges are available depending on stock availability.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.
- Custom-made orders, personalised sizes and special heel heights are non-refundable once production has begun.
